PAI S60116-081 inframe; new loaded 23538857 cylinder head; six Delphi EX631018 injectors; application-matched oil and water pumps.
Application matching
Provide your engine serial number, truck year/model, existing injector part number and liner/pump configuration with your inquiry or order. JAK's verifies the final bill of materials before shipment. This package is for the mapped application family and does not fit every engine with this displacement. One oil pump and one water pump are included.
Deferred injector cores
Base configuration: $2250.00 for six cores, deferred with signed authorization. Return matching complete cores within 30 days of the order. Timely carrier acceptance and tracking meet the shipping deadline. Accepted cores reduce the charge. We give an itemized notice at least three business days before charging an outstanding authorized balance. No head core charge.
Included coverage
JAK's injector parts coverage: six months. Head parts: one year. Applicable PAI E coverage: one year; standard: two years; HP: three years. Manufacturer terms and any longer rights remain available.
Optional Protection Plus
Add 10% of the selected package price for eligible supplied inframe, head and pump defect parts-and-labor coverage through 24 months. Injectors end at 12 months. Approved labor: $100/hour at OEM time. $5,000 aggregate; $1,500 injector sublimit; approved diagnosis/freight up to $250 per claim within the aggregate. Coverage starts at installation within 90 days of delivery, otherwise day 90. No mileage limit for eligible on-highway use. Not full-engine coverage. Preauthorization required except reasonable emergency protective measures. Manufacturer rights are preserved. Full agreement is supplied before enrollment.
