Downtime costs money. We pull, pack and ship in-stock parts the same day from our Denver warehouse — and tell you up front how it gets to you and when.

01 Same-Day Shipping

In-stock parts ordered by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Custom and built-to-order items (such as performance heads) ship after the build is complete — the product page lists the lead time, and a specialist confirms it on your order.

02 Free Freight Over $500

Orders over $500 shipping within the lower 48 states qualify for free standard ground freight. The discount applies automatically at checkout to the goods subtotal (before taxes and core charges).

  • Applies to standard ground service only — expedited and air upgrades are billed at cost
  • Oversize / freight-class items may ship LTL; free freight still applies to qualifying orders
  • Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations

We choose the fastest, best-protected method for each part. Small parts go parcel; heavy or oversize items go LTL freight.

05 Heavy & Freight Items

Cylinder heads, inframe kits and other heavy parts ship on a pallet via LTL freight. A few things to know so delivery goes smoothly:

  • The carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment for residential addresses
  • Liftgate service is available if you don't have a dock or forklift — ask at checkout
  • Delivery is curbside; have help or equipment ready to receive the pallet
  • Inspect the pallet before signing (see Shipping Damage)
Residential & liftgateShipping to a home or shop without a dock? Add liftgate + residential service at checkout, or call us — getting it wrong can delay delivery and add carrier fees.

06 Order Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Parcel shipments update automatically; for LTL freight you'll receive the carrier's PRO number and contact info to schedule delivery.

Lost the email or no updates after 2 business days? Call or text us and we'll chase it down.

07 Shipping Damage & Claims

Every shipment is insured. Damage is rare, but if it happens we make it right — fast — when you follow these steps:

  • Inspect before you sign — note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Photograph the packaging and the part before unpacking further
  • Report damage within 5 business days of delivery
  • We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement — you keep working

08 Core Return Shipping

Orders with a refundable core charge include a prepaid return label for most parts. Send your old, drained, rebuildable core back within 60 days to get your core deposit refunded. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy.

09 Backorders & Lead Times

We carry deep stock, but occasionally an item is on backorder or built to order. When that happens:

  • The product page and your order confirmation show the expected lead time
  • We'll contact you with options if a date changes materially
  • Multi-item orders can ship complete or in stages — your call

10 Alaska, Hawaii & International

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories at calculated rates (free-freight promotions don't apply). International orders are quoted case-by-case; the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees. Call a specialist for an international quote.
