Spray Variance Kills Performance

On a big CAT, weak power, high fuel burn and short engine life all trace back to tired injectors. The catch: most reman EUIs can swing 20% or more from one injector to the next — and still get called "acceptable."

Every injector passes a full battery of mechanical and electronic tests before it leaves the shop. Fail any portion of testing and it does not ship.

An EUI isn't just a nozzle — it's a precision electromechanical assembly. Most rebuilders only test one half of it. We rebuild and verify both, so the part performs the same on the bench as it does in your block.

Complete teardown — gaskets, springs and O-rings replaced; nozzle, valve and body re-honed and lapped.
Solenoids replaced as needed and tested electronically — not just spun and passed.
Nozzles inspected for microscopic cracks — never black-oxide coated to hide flaws.
