How long does shipping take?

 

Most orders ship same-day or next business day from PAI Industries distribution centers. Ground delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Freight items (turbochargers, engine rebuild kits) may require an additional 1-2 days for LTL scheduling.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes. Orders over $1,500 ship free via ground. For orders under $1,500, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Parts & Fitment

 

How do I know if a part fits my engine?

 

Every product listing includes engine fitment information. Use our OEM Cross-Reference tool to look up your OEM or competitor part number. If you need fitment help, call or text (720) 445-6249 or email us — we answer questions directly, no call centers.

 

Are these OEM or aftermarket parts?

 

Our catalog is primarily PAI Industries aftermarket parts — one of the most trusted names in heavy-duty diesel. PAI parts meet or exceed OEM specs and are manufactured in the USA. We also stock some OEM-equivalent parts where PAI doesn't cover a specific application.

 

Returns & Warranty

 

What is your return policy?

 

Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Parts that have been installed or show signs of use cannot be returned unless they are defective under warranty. Contact us before returning any part.

 

What does the warranty cover?

 

PAI Industries provides a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty on most parts against defects in materials and workmanship. Remanufactured cylinder heads carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by JAK's Diesel — we work the claim for you.

 

Core Charges

 

What is a core charge?

 

A core charge is a refundable deposit on remanufactured parts (cylinder heads, injectors, turbos, water pumps). The old part (core) is returned to be remanufactured again. You receive a full core refund when you send back your rebuildable old part within 30 days of receipt. See our Core Policy page for full details.
